Sea Moss is an algae which contains the majority of the minerals that the body is made up of making it one of the most powerful and mineral dense sea weeds in the ocean. Our Sea Moss is 100% wilcrafted directly from the Ireland, meaning it has been grown in its natural environment, obtaining the earths minerals directly.

 

Chondrus Crispus is the most superior of Sea Moss and is found in the coastal regions of North America and Europe. Its superiority is due to its darker pigmentation and the harsh environment it was born out making it a more resilient species of moss, allowing us to obtain more nutritional benefits.

  • 1. Soak the sea moss for 15-20 minutes in cold Spring Water.

    2.Clean the sea moss well with lime 2-3 times.

    3. Add the seamoss to the blender with fresh Spring Water. For every 30g soaked use about a cup of water. 

    4. Blend and add more water untill the desired consistency is reached.

    5. Pour in a glass jar and leave in the fridge to harden.

    This will last up to 30 days in the fridge.

    6. If you want an extremely smooth more gel like texture, bring pot to boil. Once boiling, cover and simmer on low for 20-25 minutes. However this step can reduce some of the Sea Moss's nutritional value.
